Cool. Glad that I am not the only one who noticed the banks were given a “grace period” in which they can continue to screw the consumer. I wrote my representatives, etc about it and got form letters back, patting themselves on the back for supporting the reform. Did they seriously not know that the credit card companies would run wild until the new rules went into effect?! http://tinyurl.com/q4xvu8
